BUTTONFIX® | Fixation Button with Adjustable Loop

BUTTONFIX® features a 4-point locking mechanism. It offers secure fixation with a single adjustable loop size, universally compatible with any graft length.
The graft cradle or support frame safeguards the graft from abrasion and damage, employing a "double locking loop" mechanism that minimizes the force required for reduction and prevents slide-back "post reduction". Adjustable sutures also allow for precise calibration of the loop to its optimal size.
Preloaded with braided sutures, the system assists in controlled pulling and flipping. The flipping and pulling suture mechanism offers surgeons precise tactile feedback during the flipping process, utilizing white and green sutures, respectively (both USP 5).
With its two-handed operation, proper reduction and counter-tensioning are ensured.
The graft support frame not only provides extensive contact with the graft but also shields it from potential damage.
BUTTONFIX® allows the surgeon to create a re-tensionable construct.
