Finance Director
Nur Syafiqah has gained extensive experience in the orthopaedic implant industry through her involvement in managing and operating her own company alongside her role model and father, Dr. Azmi B. Abdul Latif, a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. Working closely under his guidance has provided her with strong exposure to both the clinical and business aspects of orthopaedic medical devices, shaping her solid foundation and passion in this specialised field.
Through years of hands-on involvement, she has developed competencies in operational coordination, surgical support management, and financial oversight — including budgeting, cost control, procurement planning, and cash flow management to support sustainable organisational performance.
Her professional journey requires close engagement with surgeons, hospitals, suppliers, and healthcare stakeholders, providing her with broad industry exposure and a deep understanding of market and financial requirements. As a dedicated professional, she demonstrates strong commitment to excellence, responsible financial governance, and sustainable business development within the healthcare industry.

Dalvin Sidhu serves as the Compliance Director of MedFix Sdn Bhd, bringing extensive experience across multiple industries in management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance within both local and international business environments. His professional background includes working with organisations that operate at international standards, strengthening his expertise in compliance frameworks, operational controls, and strategic management practices.
Throughout his career, Dalvin has developed strong competencies in organisational management, risk assessment, regulatory adherence, policy development, and process optimisation.
